The NE Power Dry crew was marvelous! Julio, the crew chief and his tech, Samuel provided tip top service, which included on time arrival, gracious manners, and proper set up for keeping our home clean. They kept us informed of their progress throughout the project, and located the actual area where it leaking. This enabled us to get a plumber quickly to service the leak. Both individuals were easy to work with and the outcome of the project a win. We did not get the bill yet, hopefully the price will be a win too.
